2Crafty chipboards and more

3 days ago there was a first post reveal on 2Crafty blog, today I'm going to share it with you on my blog, and also I've made one new card, using 2Crafty Bird cage chipboard.

Это страничка история отношений между мной и моей дочкой. здесь заголовок из чипборда - Мама - это особенный друг. Думаю те, кто имеют дочек поймут, как важно установить со своим ребенком такие вот отноешния. 

 

  My first LO is a story about me and my darling daughter. When she was born I was very happy that now I will have  a girl, friend, and did all my best to establish such a relationship that will last during my life. Yes, I want to be *A special Kind of Friend to my daughter.*

  When I received my Scraps of Darkness last month I was waiting for a special photo, and after that for a special framing, and I have found it. It is the 
Flowery Swirl Frame.

  First I embossed with the powders slightly,just some spots, misted it. then I inked it  and added Stickles.

I  still wasn't completely happy  with the results, and in such cases my helper is Gesso. so I dabbed some on here & there.

 I have decorated it with flowers, ribbon and lace. and now  it is a perfect framing for our photo.

  Then I embossed the title with powders, inked. and then, my new tip, I covered it with Crackle paint. You may ask me, why I used the powder? the answer it- to add more texture and dimension
 Just try it, and I know, you will be pleased.

 I've cut the title A Mother is a Special Kind of Friend into 2 parts.

 I have one more good friend, and I've made a Birthday Card for her using the

 2 Crafty

 Coffee Catchup

 First I embossed it with clear powder and then I began playing with some Starburst mists, as I love the sparkling that they produce. one more tip for you: I do not like to waste a  drop of ink and mist, so I 've misted over the second sheet of paper which I then used for the inner part of my card to write the congratulations on.

Эта открытка для другой соей подруги, и я просто в восторге от этого чипборда. он просто передает все то, что нам так нужно в друзьях. 
кстати, я сбрызнула спреем чипборд сразу над вторым листом, который послужил оформлением для внутренней стороны открытки, где я и написала поздравление.

 One more Layout,  this is a story about a hot summer day,  a month ago. We were christening my new born son and it was a very hot day, but in the church everything was so calm and  fresh, so I decided to express this  in my LO.

I have used there the sketch from Once Uppon a Sketch

 and here is a hidden journaling , where I express the feeling about the church silence.

This is a DT work for Scraps of Darkness and August Kit Jamaican Sunset, featuring The ScrapCake Summer City Collection. I used the flowers form the Flora Add On and the Studio Calico Huey's Mask - Chevron and Mists from Lindy's.

 I have used two different  pieces of  chipboard, and  I like the final eclectic style that I have achieved. I've started with the Blossom Spray,

which I covered with Gesso, then misted with Mango and inked the edges with blue. After that I stamped the flower theme on it.

Next  I added Tahnya's border,

which I covered in the spots with thick Gesso and added some spots of acrylic paint

 I have also added Skeleton leaves which I again  covered with Gesso and misted.

I put also some powder on Heidi's Vine and inked those edges too.

2Crafty Blog Post Reveal

This month is an official start of my designing for 2Crafty Chipboard. though I have started using these chippies more than a month ago (regarding to a generous Design Kit from Vanessa), just today I have prepared a special post on 2Crafty blog.


  С этого месяца я стала официально дизайнить для 2Crafty Chipboard. И хотя свой дизайнерский набор я получила уже больше месяца тому назад и вы, наверняка, видели уже в моих работах эти чипборды, сегодня мой официальный пост в блоге 2Crafty.

So many news

So many news I have today to share with you.

First of all, my dream has come true and I have become a designer for Flower Manufacturer. It is Manor House Creations from Australia. They produce such gorgeous flowers that I wanted to use in my projects so much. Moreover they are an Australian Distributor of The ScrapCake papers from Poland. So I am happy twice , because I tried this brand just this month (the info you will find further in this post) and I'm in love with it.

as I promised, now I will tell you about the ScrapCake papers. I tried them this month regarding to Scraps of Darkness Kit 

Jamaican Sunset

 

and may be you have already guessed, yes, it features The ScrapCake Summer City Collection and MME Indie Chic Collection.

it is full of bright colors so sweet for your summer photos. and I am glad that this time it includes  Flourish With A Bling as  I design for them too.

so this time Suepup produced us with a gorgeous sketch 

and here it is my take on the sketch

  These picture are among of my favourite, I like the careless feeling of being a child and I like to see my daughter walking and running.

the FWAB Jasmine Laser Flourish Teal was in the kit and it fits ideally the color combo there

also to extend the grass on the pic I added FWAB Lee's Tree. and these funny mushrooms, FWAB Taylah’s Toadstools, they are so funny and puffy.

I've added some texture with modelling paste, stamped and misted the background and I found the smaller part of FWAB Jack Vine Green.

True Romance - Scraps of Darkness Kit

  Today I want to share with your some DT projects made for Scraps of Darkness Kit Club, using July's Kit called True Romance.
First of all I started playing with Prima Almanac Collection. I love the color combo of it and suppose that it perfectly fits the pic of my new born at his Christening, that was 2 weeks ago. I adore this photo of him.

  Хочу с вами поделиться моими новыми работами для Scraps of Darkness, это июльский набор True Romance. Я начала с коллекции Prima Almanac. Я так люблю ее за эту нежную палитру и думаю она идеально подходит для фото моего малыша с крестин. обожаю это фото, жалко, что это не я его на руках держу.

 I've played a lot at this background, first I covered it with Gesso through the stencil and stamped decorative stripes and embossed them with Lindy's powder, then added mists from Color Add on and glued some scrap stripes left from the patterned paper, after that I covered it with Texture paste through the Crafter's Workshop  Harlequin and lined the with a marker.

Да, вдоволь я здесь наигралась с созданием фона. сначала я нанесла акриловый грунт через трафарет, добавила много спреев. затем проштампила декоративные полоски и покрыла их пудрой для эмбоссинга. затем взяла обрезки от бумаги, наклеида их, ну а сверху нанесла текстурную пасту через трафарет ромбы. обвела ромбы обычным фломастером.

 It was my turn to make a Pandora Box Tutorial for our Kit Club this month, so I decided to make some OTP project. I've made a Box, and called it A box for Your Secrets

  каждый месяц один из дизайнеров делает мастер класс для **Ящика Пандоры**, раскрывая свои секреты и используя что либо набора.  
на этот раз была моя очередь, поэтому я решила сделать какой-нибудь другой скрап объект, вуаля кробочка для ваших секретов.

  This Kit features some romance styled papers and it is reach in colours and embellishments, so it was inspired by Audrey Hepburn's quote **Happy Girls Are the Pretiest**.
Actually I keep in mind another her quote, on diamonds ( do you remember it), so I added many Pearl Flourishes from Flourish With A Bling, as they perfectly fit the chosen color palette. 

  Вдохновением послежила цитата Одри Хепберн о том, что счасливые девушки самые красивые. потом я вспомнила ее еще одно высказывание о бриллиантах - отсюда так много украшений.

 and I added some misting using Lindy’s Starburst mist that came at the Color Add Onn this month, I love them for 2 tones sparkling.

Ну и конечно же, здесь я тоже не обошлась без спреев, тем более с золотистыми оттенками  Lindy's Starburst (Они, кстати, были в дополнительном наборе Color Add On)

Creative Scrappers #219

Today is Sunday and it means that there is a new sketch reveal at Creative Scrappers. and here is my DT work for it:

this photos were taken about a month ago. I like how my kids are enjoying lazy Sunday morning there. so I decided to preserve those sweet memories, as our new born was so small that we tried to catch every moment while he was not sleeping.
  I used there 2Crafty chipboards there.
here is the close up for the first one. I used there Heidi's vine, which I inked with Lindy's Daubers and then embossed with Enamelware embossing powder from Ranger, and I love this snow effect there

  Здесь я использовала чипборды от 2Crafty  и опробовала разные техники на них. На первом я вдоволь наставила клякс с помощью Lindy's Daubers, обожаю продукты этой марки за наличие 2 цветов в одном флаконе. здесь уголь и золото, которые я затем покрыла пудрой для эмбоссинга с эффектом снега.

For the second vine, I covered it with Gesso and then added Distress stain and splashes with Lindy's Dauber, and finally I added Distress Ink there.

 Второй чипборд я покрыла грунтом, затем поставила кляксы Distress Stain и прошлась дистрессинговыми чернилами сверху

Moreover I used Frame Tiny Kathleen's , which I inked with Distress stain and then daubed in splashes left after daubing the vines. then covered slightly with Gesso and the Family title is embossed with Lindy's embossing powder

а еще я использовала рамку, которую покрыла снова Distress Stain, затем опустила в капли, оставшиеся от предыдущего использования daubers  и покрыла грунтом слегка. надпись сделана с помощью эмбоссинга.

Lazy days

Today  I would like to share some ideas on using non scrapbooking materials in your works.
 may be you are enjoying your cup of tea at the present moment. if you have a tea bag tea, don’t hurry to throw it away. I will tell you how you can recycle it.
Just a little short story to tell you,  when I started scrapbooking 5 years ago, there were non of special materials in my country, so I had to make embellishments myself. first of all there were non of flowers ( and flourishes bling too ))

 Сегодня я хотела поделиться с вами некоторыми идеями использования самых простых материалов в качестве украшений для ваших работ. Возможно, в данный момент кто-то из вас наслаждается чашкой чая. тогда не спешите выбрасывать чайные пакетики , потому что , лично я, их собираю , высушиваю, затем комкаю или аккуратно складываю и делаю вот такие вот спиралевидные розочки , как в этой работе.

these beige-pink roses are made of used tea bag. the color will vary on the sort of tea you used ( mine was carcade rose tea), if you prefer black tea- you will get brown shadows. so you have to dry them, then open it and throw away the tea powder or leaves and you will get a rectangle. all you have to do is to transform it into a strip (crumbled if you desire) and make a spiral rose. I added some Gesso on them.


  Цвет ваших цветов будет зависеть от чая. в моем случае это каркаде, и мне нравится этот цвет бордо смшенного с виноградным оттенком. сверху я нанесла сухой кистью акриловый грунт.
Кроме того, я обожаю использовать рваные полоски от старых джинс и нитки , которые при этом выпадают. а также цветы из обрезков льна.

Moreover, I like to use the stripes and the threads from an old jeans.
 and some stripes from an old dress. I made some fabric flowers and added some threads from it. I decorated the Corner Whispy Vine chipboard from 2Crafty,
which I inked with Clearsnap Color Box and misted with Smooch Ginger Ale

 But it is difficult to make your pearl flourish yourself, and there is no need, because FWAB Chloe Pearl Flourish Blue can not be replaced, because they are just incredible. I’ve cut it into 3 pieces

 

 and also I added NEW – FWAB Adhesive Pearls 100 Pack Purple

Scraps of Darkness True Romance Kit Reveal

if you came from Creative Scrappers blog , please go here to watch  their new 217 Sketch reveal.

  But today also is a reveal of Scraps of Darkness July Kit. It is called True Romance. Oh, it is so gorgeous and the color palette is awesome. Have a look at this

this time it features Prima Almanac and Websters In Love Collections, also Carta Bella Beautiful Moments Collection.  They are so reach and elegant. that is why I decided to make something special for the reveal using a brilliant sketch from Suepup. Have a look at this

It is so completed that you can just add your photo :)))

 For my LO I choose a pic of the flowers, that my DH and DD choose for me when our new born son has appeared. I adore white roses, they are so soft and delicate as the new borns. My daughter decided to add one more pink rose, and what a surprise this bundle looks pretty well. so I decided to keep those memories, as I can not keep these flowers fresh forever.

  I cut the paper on to 6 squares and distressed them, then I was playing with Lindy's Starburst mists (they are included into Color Add on this Time), adding some splashes and fussy cutting.
 To stretch the swirls I added  2Crafty chipboard  Corner Jacqui's Flourish, painted with Gesso and inking with Victorian Velvet and Tea Dye Ink Pads, then adding Stickles and Black Liquid Pearls.
