Today I have a great news. Scraps of Elegance is teaming up with CSI - Color Stories Inspiration   for the month of October as Special Investigators and Sponsors.

Scraps of Elegance will be providing the prize this month for the winner at CSI.  It's the gorgeous, elegant September kit, Nostalgia.  This kit features the wonderful Pion Design Grandma's Schoolbook Collection and Renea Harrison's handmade butterflies.   I'm happy to take part in it, as I played this challenge several times and even was featured.

Это очень интересный блог, где каждую неделю публикуется задание а-ля игра в детективов.     So this time we are special investigators. and I used the September kit from Scraps of Elegance, Nostalgia - Authentique, Lively collection, Kaisercraft Miss Match collectables and Jenni Bowlin Bingo Cards

  So bright color palette we have this week, but I have much fun playing with it

Today I want to share with you my Clear Scraps DT project using Tri Fold Regular Frame

  Cегодня хочу вам показать акриловую рамку, которуя я делала для Clear Scraps.

используя их 3х - створчатую акриловую основу  Tri Fold Regular frame

 

  This acrylic frame is versatile and can be used as a home decoration too. I used the photos of my niece, and I have to say she is so cutie that I decided to make something special for her Princess room.

  Очень мне нравится работать с этими продуктами, к тому же это уже готовый вариант домашнего декора. Я делала для своей племянницы, она такая очаровательная девочка, так что я решила сделать что-нибудь особенное для ее комнаты Принцессы

  I used Bo Bunny Little Miss Collection that was featured at Scraps of Elegance July Kit and added many ribbons to tie my frame shapes.

and you know how I am addicted to paints and inks so I can not resist this temptation and tried it there too.

  Я использовала бумагу Bo Bunny, которая была в июльском наборе от  Scraps of Elegance.

Ну и конечно же, прошлась алкогольными чернилами, красками и проштампила завитушки черным гессо.

 So I started with alcohol inks, then randomly covered the edges with pale  pink acrylic paint, then I added alcohol inks again and stamped the swirles with black Gesso

  By the way, a new October Kit from Scraps of Elegance  has already been revealed and it is called Dreams of you

it features Prima Zephyr collection and Glitz Design's Cahsmere Dame collection, and some Webster's Pages Park Drive Collection and MME The Sweetest Thing.

and I want to share with you the LO, I've made using Scraps of Elegance

                                          Summer Haven Kit, August.

  This kit was featuring FabScraps Organic Collection, Teresa Collins Sweet Afternoon Collection , but I used Kaisercraft The Lake House Collection.

It perfectly fits any romantic and soft pic that you have. I also added some flowers from The Flora Add on and Prima Genie Stones from the Embellishment Add on.

Creative Scrappers 221

I love every Sunday when there is a sketch reveal of Creative Scrappers. and once again I used for my DT sample work Donna Salazar papers and some stash from Scraps of Darkness and Scraps of Elegance kits.

  Люблю воскресное утро еще и за то, что каждую неделю выходит новый скетч от  Creative scrappers. и вот моя очередная дизайнерская работа для вдохновения. я использовала здесь одну из своих любимых коллекций Donna Salazar и остатки от предыдущих наборов Scraps of Darkness и Scraps of Elegance.

I flipped it at 180 degrees, and just leave the title at the right place.

  Я повернула его на 180 градусов. но сохранила заголовок на своем месте.

  I have realized that for the past 2 months I had become addicted to pink-brown palette, but I can not stop trying something new with this feminine color combo. this time it's not an exception and I put misting, painting there as always.
 I decided to add very sweet bling,  FWAB Grace Pearl Flourish Pink . And I'm sure it fits it perfectly.

 Я заметила, что за последние 2 месяца я пристрастилась к розово-коричневой гамме, но не могу перестать эксперементировать с этой женственной палитрой. этот раз не исключение, и я по-прежнему использую много краски. спреев. клякс для создания фона.

  and one more Layout I want to share with you today. It is my DT work for Scraps of Darkness and their July Kit true Romance. This time I have chosen Carta Bella Papers and their Beautiful moments Collection. I've never tried before this papers but now I like them a lot.

и хочу показать вам еще одну страничку, сделанную для  Scraps of Darkness. Я впервые попробовала бумагу от Carta Bella и осталась очень довольна. она очень плотная, такая фактурная на ощупь. и хорошо вынесла все мои эксперименты с красками.

   First, I thought that this paper is too bright for me, but I have found how to play with the background, and besides I had the appropriate photos. So I covered the centre with Gesso, misted it through the stencil and lined with marker. I had much fun drawing.
 I like these photos and their lazy summer mood, as it was when they were taken - an unbearable  heat was at that time.

В начале мне показалсь она слишком яркой, но я придумла , как обыграть фон и к тому же, были фотографии как раз в тему. Я нанесла нас реднюю часть акриловый грунт, затем через трафарет нанесла спреи, поскольку я выбирала неяркие цвета, то потом обвела все маркером, ну и вдоволь нарисовалась. Люблю настроение этих фото, такое летнее и немного ленивое, как втот очень жаркий день.
